Day 1 | Arrive in Switzerland.
Welcome to Zurich! After collecting our luggage, we’ll make our way to the airport train station and board a train to Lucerne using the Swiss Travel Pass.
Upon arrival in Lucerne, the rest of the day is free to enjoy at leisure.
Overnight in the heart of Lucerne – Hotel Continental

Day 2 | Mount Pilatus
Take off on a full-day excursion to Mount Pilatus, one of Lucerne’s most iconic peaks. Make our way to the base of the mountain and ascend via a combination of
panoramic gondolas and aerial cableways or opt for the world’s steepest cogwheel railway (seasonal) for a thrilling ride to the summit.
Enjoy lunch on own on Mount Pilatus at one of the summit’s scenic restaurants, where traditional Swiss cuisine is served with unforgettable views. After some time to explore, relax, or even take a short hike, we’ll descend the mountain and return to Lucerne by boat or rail. The rest of the evening is at leisure to enjoy Lucerne’s charming streets or unwind at our hotel.

Day 3 | Mount Rigi & Cheese Making Experience from Lucerne
Begin the day with a scenic train ride from Lucerne, where we’ll transfer to the cogwheel train ascending to the summit of Rigi Kulm – often referred to as the “Queen of the Mountains.”
Enjoy free time for lunch at your own leisure.
In the afternoon, visit a local cheese dairy and experience a taste of Swiss tradition. Make a genuine Alpine cheese or smooth butter under expert guidance.
Return to Lucerne in the late afternoon via boat on Lake Lucerne from Vitznau.
The rest of the day is yours to explore at leisure.

Day 4 | Lucerne – Interlaken Express
Today we leave our luggage at the hotel lobby for a convenient luggage transfer service that delivers our bags directly to our hotel in Interlaken allowing light and stress-free travel. This morning, board the Lucerne–Interlaken Express, one of Switzerland’s most scenic train journeys. Relax in comfort as the train winds its way through picturesque landscapes, past sparkling lakes, charming villages, and dramatic mountain vistas.
Upon arrival in Interlaken, check in to our hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to explore the town or unwind at your own pace.

Day 5 | Jungfraujoch Top of Europe
Today, embark on a full-day adventure to Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe, one of Switzerland’s most iconic alpine experiences. Travel by train from Interlaken through the stunning Bernese Oberland, passing picturesque villages like Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen before ascending via cogwheel train to the highest railway station in Europe.
At the summit, explore the Ice Palace and observation deck. There are many restaurants at the summit, therefore enjoy lunch at own arrangements.
We return to Interlaken and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 6 | GoldenPass Express from Interlaken to Monterux
As always, we leave our luggage in the hotel lobby for a convenient luggage transfer service that will delivers bags directly to our hotel in Montreux allowing us once again to travel light and stress-free.
This morning, board the iconic GoldenPass Express for a breathtaking journey from Interlaken to Montreux. We’ll travel in comfort through ever-changing landscapes – from the lush valleys of the Bernese Oberland to the alpine passes and finally the palm-lined lakeshores of the French-speaking region of Switzerland.
Enjoy panoramic views throughout the ride as you descend toward Montreux, a charming resort town nestled on the shores of Lake Geneva.
Upon arrival, check in to our hotel and enjoy lunch on own before meeting with the group for a guided tour of Chillon Castle.

Day | 7 Chocolate and Cheese
Today, we step aboard the Chocolate Train, a delightful journey dedicated to two of Switzerland’s most beloved traditions – chocolate and cheese. Departing from Montreux in a beautifully restored Belle Époque or modern panoramic carriage, enjoy a scenic ride through the vineyards and rolling countryside of the Gruyère region.
We visit La Maison du Gruyère, a traditional cheese dairy, then explore the medieval town of Gruyères, where we enjoy free time for lunch. We continue on to Broc, home of the renowned Maison Cailler chocolate factory, for a self-guided tour followed by a delicious tasting.
Return to Montreux in the late afternoon. The evening is free at leisure.

Day 8 | Free Morning/Lavaux & Wine Tasting
Enjoy a free morning in Montreux & lunch at your own arrangement.
This afternoon enjoy a scenic journey by rail through the UNESCO-listed Lavaux vineyards, famous for their terraced slopes overlooking Lake Geneva.
We visit a local wine domaine for a delightful wine tasting experience, accompanied by a carefully curated platter of regional cheeses and cured meats. Savor the flavors while soaking in panoramic views of the vineyard landscapes and the lake below.
Returning to our hotel in the late afternoon with the rest of the evening free to relax or explore on your own.

Day 9 | Montreux to Zermatt
After breakfast we’ll leave your luggage at the hotel lobby for a convenient luggage transfer service that delivers our bags directly to the hotel in Zermatt.
Making our way to the train station and embarking on a scenic rail journey from the Lake Geneva region to Zermatt, traveling through charming Swiss towns and breathtaking alpine landscapes. Watch as the scenery transitions from lakeside vineyards to towering mountain peaks.
Upon arrival in Zermatt, a picturesque and car-free mountain resort at the base of the Matterhorn, we’ll have the afternoon free to explore. Stroll through the cobbled streets, discover local boutiques, cafés, and perhaps visit the Matterhorn Museum to learn more about the region’s mountaineering history.
Lunch and dinner are at your own arrangements, with plenty of cozy spots to enjoy regional dishes and mountain views.

Day 10 | Matterhorn & Gornergrat Railway
This morning, we journey out for an unforgettable excursion to the Gornergrat summit.
Board the historic Gornergrat Railway, as it winds its way up the mountainside. At the summit, take in panoramic views of the Matterhorn and over 20 other snow-capped peaks surrounding the Gorner Glacier. After descending back to Zermatt in the afternoon, the rest of the day is free to explore, shop for souvenirs, or relax in one of the local cafés or spas.

Day 11 | Glacier Express from Zermatt to St. Moritz
By now you get the theme. We once again leave our luggage at the hotel lobby for a convenient luggage transfer service that will deliver your bags directly to our hotel in St. Moritz, allowing us to travel light and stress-free.
Today, board the iconic Glacier Express, one of the most scenic train journeys in the world, connecting the mountain resorts of Zermatt and St. Moritz. Over the course of roughly 8 hours, relax in your panoramic seat as you traverse the dramatic heart of the Swiss Alps.
Enjoy a freshly prepared 3-course lunch onboard as the train winds through deep valleys, peaceful alpine villages, and dramatic gorges. The journey takes us over 291 bridges and through 91 tunnels, climbing up to the Oberalp Pass at over 2,000 meters (6500 ft) above sea level.
Arriving in St. Moritz in the late afternoon, where the evening is ours to relax or explore.

For nature lovers and active travelers, this is a great opportunity to embark on a self-guided hike as there are numerous well-marked trails just outside of town, offering peaceful alpine meadows, panoramic lake views, and crisp mountain air.

Day 13 | Bernina Express to Tirano Day Excursion

Board the panoramic Bernina Express for a spectacular journey between St. Moritz and Tirano – one of the most scenic rail routes in the world. Travel through dramatic alpine landscapes, crossing impressive viaducts and gliding past glaciers before descending into the charming Italian town of Tirano.
Upon arrival in Tirano, enjoy free time to explore the town’s quaint streets, take in the Italian flair, and enjoy a relaxed lunch on your own at a local café or trattoria.
In the afternoon, we take the regular train back to St. Moritz, offering a local perspective on the stunning scenery.

Today, wel take a group coach transfer from St. Moritz to Zurich. On the way to the city, we will stop at Lindt Home of Chocolate for a self-guided tour before your hotel drop off.
